Passionate About All Things Communication
Throughout Kristine's life, she has relied on her skills as an excellent communicator to succeed. She remembers first being told she has a beautiful voice in high school. Her voice and style of speech has been complimented throughout her personal and professional life.
In college, she was a Teaching Assistant in the French Department (freshman through senior years) and won several awards for her language skills in French. She was handpicked to be a visiting scholar at the Sorbonne in Paris and graduated with honors.

Kristine's aptitude with speech and communication continued into the business world when she started volunteering with the ESL community. She loved working with non-native speakers to support them with all aspects of English. Cultural differences often manifest through language and communication.
She then became licensed as an ESL teacher, Masters of TEFL/TESOL, and ran her own tutoring company. Many of her professional ESL clients were in the midst of job transitions, so she started providing Job Interview Coaching, tackling the range of communication skills required to ace an American-style interview.
Kristine found that she excelled as a Job Coach.
Her students quickly landed top jobs with Fortune 500 companies.

She became licensed as a CEIP, Certified Employment Interview Professional, to solidify her expertise as a Job Interview Coach. She now works with native (and non-native) speakers across a range of industries to ace the most important interviews of their career!

Kristine coaches clients in the following fields: medicine, academia, IT / Tech, pharmaceutical sales, financial / banking, education, politics, journalism, marketing, non-profits, aerospace, and government.
She holds an active membership with PARW/CC, the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches.
